AT&T is a core holding for one big reason - the HUGE dividend. This is a yield play. So, the stock dropping isn't viewed as a negative for two reasons -
1) yield rises as a stock drops
2) It allows additional capital to be deployed at lower pricing.
I don't know if T will hold this range - and personally, I hope not. Adding more at 34 is more attractive than at 35+.
