Apple sellers are out in force today after an earnings release that was not liked by analysts. The stock is off more than 5 percent in early trading. Volume is high. I won't get into the specifics of how many phones sold and all those numbers, because that's talked about exhaustively elsewhere - but one number I will quote - Apple now has 203 BILLION dollars on the balance sheet. That's a staggering number that continues to rise. It means the dividend will be going up.
So, is it time to buy? Will Apple continue to sell and break that 200 DMA (the thin red line on the chart) - I think 120 is a good buy entry. But, if the 200 DMA does break, it will give you an opportunity.
Short term rating = BUY
Long term rating = BUY
