I would like to thank the editor, Su - she did an amazing job at all points in this business of getting 'Ella' ready for publication. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and made me feel confident my novel was in the right hands. To all authors out there in need of editorial services - I can't give a higher recommendation. Check out her editing site here. For those that want to find the site manually, type in

I also need to thank Marielle van Broekhoven - the artist behind the Ella portrait. In a very real way, she helped me fully realize Ella and I can't thank her enough. Please patronize her art. Check out her site here.

The process to publication from here is as follow - the formatting for the Word document and converting Marielle's art into a cover are all that stand in the way of an Amazon release. The process is underway and I will provide updates as to the estimated release date the moment I have a better idea of when that might be. I thank all of my readers for the patience shown through the many delays of the publication of this novel.
I certainly hope when all is said and done, the wait will have been worth it. As an independent publisher, my first responsibility is to ensure that I offer a product that matches the quality of the traditional publishers. I've had to proceed at a slower pace due to some of the steps of publication being quite foreign to me. However, I'm quite confident I have the right team to help bring "Ella" to publication.
Thank you to everyone that has helped me, especially the many readers that have been there at every step. There are too many to name, but know you are remembered. Special thanks to Justin Bog for always being an ear to listen and also to Monica Mills for being a constant beta-reader for the Ella material.
Last, the biggest thanks goes to my beautiful wife, Maggie. She has helped me in more ways than I can describe in a blog post. So, I'll simply say - without you none of this would be possible.
Hopefully soon I'll have more news about the novel.
Until then, enjoy your Sunday.
From Las Vegas,
Stephen John Moran
