Almost a poem if you have enough money. And I do.
These have become my favorite places because I get to see you, be near enough I can almost say we were together. Each day I watch you write and drink and travel the city alone, with nobody except your bodyguard to keep you company. I see how much he vexes you and can't wait to show you a Vegas you can't experience with him.
For now, I must watch. And wait. The plan isn't complete. But, know that I miss you and can't wait for our reunion.
Might I suggest a new casino. I've heard good reviews about The Cromwell. You might try it. You never know what will happen there.
Don't believe everything you hear from the FBI. Remember they think I'm a terrorist.
One of these days we'll be seeing each other. However, so much stands in the way. There are walls and gates and guards and cops and FBI in the middle, physical resistance.
Due to this reality I can't tell you where I am or give a simple clue. Those watching will find me before we could meet. I'll have to be more clever. The clue is in your novel, the journey across America. Look deep within the manuscript and you will find me. It's where I'll be waiting for you.
Until you solve the riddle,
Yours Always,
Ray Holden
