Shares of Coca-Cola are getting slammed this morning on the back of a weak earnings report - one that analyst Jim Cramer called 'Ghastly'. He also charged that the company is not well run at this point and needs change at all levels. I do not share Cramer's pessimism on the company and urge caution on reading too much into the results of a single quarter. The company's stock had been on a tear as of late and was priced for 'perfection', so any weakness in results would be an excuse for investors to take profits.
