“Marijuana has many useful uses,” he says. “I have fibromyalgia pain in this arm, and the only thing that offers any relief is marijuana. They’re talking about kids who have grand mal seizures, and they’ve discovered that marijuana eases that down to where these children can have a life. That right there, to me, says, ‘Legalize it across the board!’”
The bottom line is this - there can be no doubt of weed being safer in every possible way than alcohol, yet one is legal and one is not. There is no rational argument for this.
Simply - legalize marijuana across the board - in every state.
It's not a gateway drug. Alcohol is.
It doesn't cause people to crash their cars or beat their wives. No, that's alcohol.
Legalize it.
As with the few left opposing equal marriage - the only arguments I hear are based in 'morality' and have no basis in reason.
For the rest of us with brains - let's do what is right.
