Within a few hours my second publication will be live at Amazon. The Terrorist of Providence Street seemed like it would never see print. There were endless delays and roadblocks in the path to publication.
I kept pushing and with the help of my dedicated team - Sean Hoade, Jette Harris, and Jessica Wynn - this book will finally become a reality. I can't thank the team enough - and can only hope that when they see this paperback it will bring them satisfaction. It was a battle for sure.
The story of this collection goes back years. The earliest story of the collection was written over fourteen years ago and it took great effort to polish that tattered draft into a finished story. A few of the stories were published in literary journals gone defunct long ago. Those days seem to fade and all that remains are the stories.
Many more stories will follow this collection - and more battles to fight bringing the rest of the stories to publication.
I hope everyone that follows this website enjoys this book. It truly took a lot to bring this slim volume to print.
To the people that inspired this volume - co-workers at Chili's Warwick and the whisper and glints of memory from Millville, Massachusetts - may you find something that makes you smile in the pages of this book.
I'll write more about this volume when it goes live. For now - I can breathe a sigh of relief that it's done.
From Las Vegas,
Stephen John Moran
